Our Team

Elaine Zhao, CPA is the founder of ELZ Accountancy Corp.  She is also a Registered Investment Advisor Representative and Registered General Securities Representative.  She holds a Master of Science in Finance.  Elaine has served individual clients as well as corporate clients including privately owned organizations and publicly traded companies in various industries.  And she has been working with banks and factors in financing small businesses to grow.  Her years of experience in international trading business prior to becoming a certified public accountant and financial advisor, and years of practice in public accounting had gained her hands on experiences in all aspects of accounting and financial tasks.
